Pricing Policy
The initial service will be completed at the quoted price. After servicing the lawn, pricing may be adjusted for future visits based on property conditions such as edging requirements, obstacles, and the number of bushes. Any changes will be communicated before the next scheduled service.
Billing & Cancellation Policy
Payments are distributed evenly throughout the year to provide consistent monthly billing. By paying for the first service, you agree to these terms and the annual service structure. If service is canceled before completion of the term, the remaining balance for the agreed services will be due upon cancellation.

Why am i getting charged in the winter?
We use a flat monthly billing system where your service costs are evenly spread across 12 months to keep payments consistent and predictable.
During the growing season, your lawn is serviced weekly or bi-weekly at your standard rate. In the off-season, payments continue and cover the rest of the unpaid during the growing season property maintenance.
Can I cancel my service anytime?
If you choose to cancel service, any remaining balance for services already provided but not yet fully paid for will be due at the time of cancellation.
What happens in the event of rain?
In the case of inclement weather, our schedule simply shifts to the available Weekend. We monitor local forecasts closely to ensure we’re cutting your grass at the optimal time for its health and the cleanest finish.
Do I have to be home during service?
No, your physical presence isn't required. As long as our maintenance team has safe access to your lawn area and gates are unlocked, we will perform the scheduled service.
How are the service prices calculated?
Pricing is based on a transparent combination of a base minimum fee and a per-acre rate. This allows us to provide accurate, competitive quotes for properties of all sizes—from standard residential lots to expansive acreage.
*If a lawn is significantly overgrown at the time of the first service, an additional fee may apply. Initial quotes are based on regularly maintained properties, and overgrown lawns often require extra time, labor, and equipment. We will assess the condition of the property upon arrival and notify you of any price adjustments before beginning the service.
